Embedded Applications Engineer

An Embedded Application position paying up to £70,000 that allows for almost complete remote working and the opportunity to travel to the Nordics!


This embedded role is working for a leading semiconductor distributor who bridges the gap between customers and suppliers by providing innovative solutions, technology and logistical support.


This Embedded Application Engineer requires strong experience in Embedded System development including C coding, Embedded Linux and a deep understanding of FPGA Architect as well as hardware coding languages (VHDL/Verilog). The role will be supporting the FAE teams with Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers in the implementation, integration and development of embedded products within Machine Learning and AI to improve the customers time to market resulting in quicker revenue. It will require customer engagement; Software architecture discussions; assisting customers to develop the software chain to improve the speed of software design; implementing and integrating Embedded Machine Learning and AI products.


This role will involve travelling to the Nordics but will allow for a lot of remote working.
