HR Business Partner – Semiconductors – Munich

We are working with a WW leading Semiconductor client to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner in Munich.


The HR Business Partner will be responsible for the EMEA region and will manage an internal supporting team.


This is a critical and key appointment for our client. Due to expansion and growth the EMEA Team is growing consistently and you will play a key role in ensuring further success with attracting and retaining the talent in EMEA.


responsibilities :



  • close collaboration with other WW HR Business Partners

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees and managers at all levels

  • coaching to piers and employe

  • delivering HR communications, supporting and/or implementing programs in partnership with Talent Development, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits and HRIS teams

  • Company policies and procedures


requirements:



  • 5+years of work experience in an HR Management function

  • Bachelor degree (4 years +)

  • International HR experience.

  • Exceptional people skills, conflict resolution, coaching and negotiation capabilities

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

  • Fluent English and German essential
