An international distributor of Electronic components is seeking an experienced sales manager to lead their Nordics sales team. You will be the Senior member of the Sales team and manage the internal sales team.
- Significant Sales and Account Management experience within the electronic components market
- Proven experience managing a sales team within the relevant region
- Excellent negotiation skills and a proven sales record demonstrating your ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Knowledge of the market and customers within the Nordics region
- Drive sales within the relevant region and manage some of the key accounts
- Demand creation and fulfilment activities as part of a global team
- Responsible for driving channel sales as well as direct
- Forecast territory sales and compile sales development strategies
- Manage the internal sales teams within the Nordics including Sweden, Norway and Denmark
This role is an opportunity to represent a major distributor of Electronic components within a strong and well-established market. You will be one of the key managers within this region and have the opportunity to make important changes and introduce new strategies for the team.
