Internal Sales – Power Supply Manufacturer

An international manufacturer of Power Supplies is seeking an Internal Sales Rep. to lead their UK based sales team located in North Bedfordshire.

The Role:
Customer Service
* Order input
* Stock allocation & dispatch
* Order confirmation
* Invoice
* Managing returning Material, credit notes
* Maintenance of customer database (SalesForce)

Internal Sales
* Customer Support
* Answering phones calls and lead pre-qualification
* Answering and helping with standard technical enquiries (over the phone or email).
* Liaising with technical team
* Customer Engagement
* Pro-active sales with existing customer base & new customers
* Networking and monitoring of local distributors
* Supporting external sales people with quotes, follow up, appointment booking, creating notes and figures if needed
* Activity tracking in customer database (SalesForce)

Logistics & Business Planning
* Assisting with warehouse stock management, control and ordering
* Stock takes at forwarding agent and working out any discrepancies
* Liaising with forwarding agent if there are any shipping problems
* Liaising with headquarters Inside Sales on lead-times and orders
