Ever wanted to lead your own team? An Electronic Component distributor is seeking a motivated Internal Sales and Business Development person who has experience within the Electronic Component market. They require someone with inside sales experience, ideally relevant to the Electronic Component market. This is an office-based role with occasional visits to customers or suppliers. With the right desire and ability, you have the chance to lead a small team of internal and telesales personnel in the future. This a genuine chance to take the next step in your career.


Requirements:


- Proven negotiation skills and sales experience

- Industry knowledge, specifically within the Electronic market

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build/maintain effective relationships

- Strong drive for results and achievement of targets


Responsibilities:


- Maintain strong relationships with both suppliers and end customers

- Maintain and development B2B customer base in the UK

- Business Development relevant to both new and existing customers


This opportunity will allow you to develop within an established Electronic distributor who are well-known within their market. You will work alongside a range of professionals and be responsible for your own market and customers within the industry.
