IoT Sales Director - Berlin 150K ++

Our client is an established company offering expert solutions and services for the Internet of Things (IoT) market and for an array of Industries and applications.

Based in Berlin, we are looking for a Sales Director to lead an international top performing Team.

My client is experiencing a substantial growth and has an amazing growth projection ahead. The time is right to join an established company but with a start-up feel and mentality throughout the company.


  • Hands on sales approach to sell existing products into identified key markets.
  • Increase revenue and market share
  • Grow and retain the successful sales team .
  • Extensive travel
  • Lead a team of direct and indirect reports.
  • Implement go-to-market strategies
  • Hiring & Training
  • Able to maintain and develop C-Level relationships with Stake holders
  • Trouble shooter
  • Accurate forecasting
  • Product roadmaps for OEM-customers
  • Detailed customer, competition and market Research
  • Embedded, wireless communication Background


  • Minimum of 2 years proven success as a Sales Leader in technology or semiconductor markets.
  • Wireless Sensor Networks and Real Time Location Systems (RTLS) is a welcome plus.
  • Willingness to frequently travel.
  • Ability to quickly understand and communicate product and applications requirements.
  • Superb interpersonal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • BS/MS or PhD in Electronics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in English. Fluent German will be considered as a big plus.
  • Valid driver's license.
