MMIC Designer Engineer – automotive

In your role as MMIC Designer you will join a Semiconductor company who is a leading supplier of the automotive industry in Germany and develops ASIC's for mobility, consumer and industrial markets.

Your responsibility will be the development of MMIC's in deep submicron CMOS technologies for automotive radar applications leading a small project team in the coordination of interfaces for test program development and testing. Further you will carry out measurements on MMIC's and work with external service providers as well as internal and external research institutions.


You should be industry degree qualified with a Masters ideally with a focus on microelectronics and high-frequency engineering

plus 5+ years of experience in MMIC Design and have very good knowledge in MMIC Design in CMOS technology, experience with the corresponding design tools such as Cadence tools and Keysight ADS, good knowledge of EM simulation and measurement technology as well as knowledge of radar technology.


Candidates from within the EU only can be considered and a very good level of English and ideally a degree of German is required in this position.
