Multi-lingual Software Support Helpdesk Manager (German/French/Swedish/Dutch speaking), global client, great opportunity! As the Helpdesk Support Manager you will work for a rental software solutions company who create,sells,implements and supports rental software solutions to compainies that hire equipment and service events. The head office is based just outside of Maidenhead.
As an IT Software Support Helpdesk Manager you will be responsible for the team that provide the first point of contact for the customers of the client. This will include dealing with customer queries through to resolving and advising on technical problems related to the clients software solutions. You will be responsible for the support team and managing them on a day to day basis. It is imperative that you are fluent in either German, French, Swedish or Dutch as the role will consist of looking after customers in these regions. Training will be provided for to understand the specific Software solutions that my client offers though the ideal candidate will have a strong background in Support either as a Manager or an Engineer who is looking to take the next step in their career. You will also be efficient with Windows and MS SQL.
Desktop Support experience
