NLP Engineer

I am currently sourcing a NLP Engineer for my client based in Nantes, France. They are developing industry leading pattern recognition technology and looking for an experienced NLP Engineer to join them full-time in a research and development position. Primary responsibilities will be in the development of language models, including statistics and their applications to human-machine interfaces. The tech you help create will end up being used by 100's of millions of people.


Eligible NLP Engineers will have a relevant MSc or PhD and 3+ years post-doc or commercial experience in;


  1. NLP ( Natural Language Processing )
  2. Pattern Recognition
  3. Machine Learning
  4. Python


Additional experience in C, C++ or Java, Scripting tools (bash, Unix/Linux scripting), automation/industrialisation of NLP and a grasp on any other languages would be beneficial but is not a prerequisite.


Please note the cost of living is considerably low and as a result, so is the average salaries. As a base salary you would be offered €30-40,000 DOE with a range of benefits on top.
