Physical Design and Implementation

My client in the charming city of Dresden is looking for an experienced Physical Design Engineer to strengthen their growing team. In this role, you will work for various cutting-edge customer projects in a dynamic and highly skilled environment.


Your responsibilities in SoC Physical Implementation will be design, implementation and verification of complex digital and mixed-signal SoCs for customer projects.


You will interface with engineering teams in the mid-sized company, to support with e.g. methodology and documentation.

The RTL2GDS flow will be within your responsibility as well.


Requirements for this role:

BSc or Master's degree

Some years of experience in SoC Physical Implementation

Knowledge in synthesis, P&R, verification and respective state-of-the-art tools

Knowledge in CMOS, FDSOI technologies

Programming basics in tcl, Perl or Python, RTL Design

Eager to contribute to engineering challenges, team player, good communicator and interested in various engineering projects

German skills not mandatory but beneficial
