My client is a key manufacturer offering class-leading solutions into consumer and IOT markets. They are a world leader, seeking someone to join their senior sales team as Principal Sales Engineer. A proven track record in targeting, developing and growing Key Large accounts is required. Home based role in the Bay Area or Southern California with travel predominantly across California.
- Track record of winning key, strategic accounts
- Demonstrable ability to devise a sales strategy and vision
- Proven experience of delivering consistent solid growth
- Good technical knowledge of Analog / Power Management / RFIC products
- Manage Reps and Distribution partners to deliver results
- Activate sales and FAE support as appropriate
- Handle own prime accounts and work within Matrix organisation
- Provide accurate revenue forecasts to senior management
