Product Manager

IC Resources is seeking a Senior Product Manager for a Series A startup at the forefront of semiconductor intellectual property (IP) and cryptography technologies. They are a remote-first company with a global team of experts working together to develop cutting-edge solutions that drive innovation in the semiconductor and cryptography industries. As a Senior Product Manager specialising in Semiconductor IP and Cryptography, you will play a pivotal role in defining and driving the product strategy and roadmap for our semiconductor IP and cryptography offerings. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet the needs of our customers and align with our business goals. This role requires a deep understanding of semiconductor technologies, cryptography, and a passion for building innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for their semiconductor IP and cryptography portfolio, considering market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence.
• Roadmap Planning: Create and manage the product roadmap, outlining short-term and long-term goals, and ensure alignment with the company's overall vision.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, customer requirements, and emerging technologies in semiconductor IP and cryptography to identify growth opportunities.
• Customer Engagement: Act as a liaison between customers and the development team, gathering feedback and insights to continuously improve and enhance their products.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and other teams to ensure product development and go-to-market strategies are aligned.
• Product Development: Define product requirements, prioritize feature development, and oversee the product development process, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Science) 
• Proven product management experience with a focus on semiconductor IP and cryptography.
• Strong technical background and understanding of semiconductor technologies and cryptographic principles.
• Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is preferred.
