Regional Sales Manager

Regional Sales Manager - Midlands


My client, a global leader in cooling solutions for the HVAC, semiconductor and power industries, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to support their Northern European and UK territory.


To be successful in this role you will have experience selling HVAC capital equipment into various markets including industrial, building, power and nuclear.


You would be expected to travel up to 60% and you will need to report into the Midlands office on weekly basis. Travel would predominately be across the UK and Irelands, however you would also be expected to travel across Scandinavia as and when required.


Responsibilities



  • Manage existing sales accounts, maintaining and developing key partner relationships

  • Would need to be a 'Hunter', bringing in new business and rapidly expanding client base throughout the UK and Europe.

  • Develop, organize and implement sales strategies for the region


Requirements



  • Strong sales background, especially selling into HVAC or equivalent industries

  • Experience with HVAC equipment (chillers, cooling towers, evaporators, condensers etc... )

  • Willing to travel up to 60%, sometimes at short notice

  • Strong customer engagement and presentation skills
