An interesting new role has just opened with an established company working on RF IC Designs for mobile communication applications at their site in the Thames Valley.
In your position as RF/Analog IC Layout Engineer you will work on the layout of RF and Analog IC's like charge pumps, oscillators, bandgaps, amplifiers, FET switches in close cooperation with the design engineers.
The successful RF/Analog IC Layout Engineer is industry degree qualified and has 8+ years of experience in Analog/RF IC Layout with good understanding of device matching techniques and very good layout planning and integration skills from small block to full chip and is experienced with CMOS and SOI technologies across multiple foundry PDKs.
You should be proficient in floor planning and assembly from block to full chip level and have strong skills in Cadence and Mentor tools as well as strong LVS troubleshooting and debug skills.
This is a very good opportunity to join a well established company in the Thames Valley area of the UK, not far from London. Candidates from outside of Europe will be considered!
