Sales Director - SaaS - DACH
My client, a SaaS company providing products for supply chain and inventory management, is seeking a DACH Sales Director to join their EMEA team. You will be responsible for managing and developing the DACH region, with a strong strategic focus, as well as developing a small internal sales team. You should not be afraid of travel!
· Degree educated or equivalent
· Fluent English + German
· Proven sales experience in SaaS (software as a services) with an understanding of the subscription sales model.
· Ability to work with partners, in collaboration, to make a sale.
· Understanding of logistics and supply chain.
· Knowledge of the semiconductor or electronics industry a plus!
· To drive sales across DACH - keeping in mind Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
· To form strong relationships with partners, and internal teams, to develop business.
· Understanding of SaaS metrics in order to maximise profitability.
· To define geographical sales regions and develop a team to ensure further growth.
Open to a software sales professional, who is able to develop business in the DACH region and develop a small internal team to maximise sales. This would suit a "hunter" profile that isn't afraid to seek new business in order to maintain the MRR sales structure.
