Sales Manager – Power Supplies & Management – Netherlands

An international Manufacturer of Power Supplies are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager based within the Netherlands. This position could be both home & office based and will allow you to take complete ownership of the relevant region and market.


You will be directly responsible fir developing the Home Appliance & Commercial Appliance market for EMEA. You will focus on building sales channels through direct OEM local partnership or Sales agents where necessary.


Requirements:

  • Experienced salesperson with proven track record relevant to the Appliance Market
  • High energy, driven individual that can utilise their own initiative and personality to build/maintain strong, long lasting relationships
  • Hands-on ODM/OEM experience working with International companies and experience building sales channels through local partners/agents
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Ideally fluent in English and German
  • Ability to travel 30-40% of the time


Responsibilities:


  • Represent the company and build relationships to generate sales through customers visits, trade shows and other sales activities
  • Identify the key appliance manufacturers
  • Fulfil the Sales budget in the country/region
  • Develop new business opportunities as well as maintaining the relationship with existing customers
  • Coordinate operational activities with engineering team & factory to ensure launches with strong project management skills


This role is an opportunity to join a major manufacturer who are currently growing their business globally following great success in recent years. You will be the key sales person within the region and have full ownership of that market. You will be encouraged to meet customers face-to-face and on-site in order to build/develop relationships with customers in your region.
