My client are an exciting start up company that are rapidly growing in the heart of Bristol. They are looking for a Software Developer with Scrum Master responsibilities. You will be a key contributor in an agile team. You will develop new capabilities, create demos showcasing their haptic technology, and work with clients and partners on applications using cutting-edge technologies.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

o Creating demo applications for the company and its customers

o Champion and facilitate agile development practices

o Be responsible for and maintain our internal hand tracking codebase

o Designing and building software for a variety of platforms, including Windows, MacOS, and Linux

o Working on products through the full lifecycle, turning an initial brief into production ready code

o Work in an agile environment.


Requirements:

o Excellent C# programming skills

o Unity development skills

o Strong computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, concurrency, etc.)

o Proven experience as an agile practitioner with success in spreading good practice

o Experience working with tracking hardware and software (e.g. hand tracking, facial tracking, body tracking, etc.)

o Knowledge of C++ and Python

o Familiarity with software build tools, issue tracking, and Git

o Proven, relevant work experience

o A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent

o Ability to learn fast and work in areas outside of your comfort zone

o Excellent communication and teamwork skills

o Self-motivation, imagination and proven desire to take full responsibility for solutions.
