A Semiconductor design service and IP provider with focus on IC and system developments for RF transceivers and broadcast tuners based in the Netherlands is looking for an Senior AMS Verification Engineer to join their successful team to contribute to development of design solutions for wireless connectivity and transceiver IP blocks in projects for top leading wireless companies.
In your role as Senior AMS Verification Engineer you will actively participate in the definition and implementation of verification solutions with responsibility for verification of SoCs, IPs and modules of wireless connectivity systems and products.
Interacting with the design and validation teams you will be responsible for running simulations and share them with the team. You will verify the functionality and performance of IP blocks and SoCs for wireless connectivity components and systems and provide feedback related to the verification aspects of projects. You will define and drive the system level verification plan and implementation of test-benches, implement behavioural models and verification environments and investigate for new methods and techniques of functional verification in both theory and praxis.
As the successful AMS Verification Engineer you are passionate about verification and have good knowledge of Analog/RF IC's, digital and embedded systems, communication systems and protocols. You are industry degree qualified and have at least 5 years of experience in AMS Verification with a solid understanding of functional verification principles, concepts, and challenges as well as in simulating and debugging complex software systems. You have skills in using verification platforms like Mentor Questa and Cadence NCSim, scripting languages like Tcl, Perl, Simulink and MATLAB. Experience working with C, SystemVerilog, and UVM is ideal.
