Senior Analog IC Design Engineer - Power Management - Cambridge

Based at their design centre in Cambridge you will be involved in Analog IC Design for high-speed and high-bandwidth applications and will join the first team in the industry to deliver a working solution for their technology area! A very exciting time in shaping the future of this technology on the market.
In this role you will participate in or lead the design and verification of a variety of Analog blocks while partnering with other teams across other locations.
Master's or PhD qualified in Electrical Engineering or Microelectronics, the successful applicant will have established experience in Analog IC Design in CMOS and with designing power management circuits including; SPMS, high-frequency DC-DC converters, Buck Boost, LDOs and charge pumps. Experience in Op-Amps and bandgaps are also required as well as strong tool knowledge in Cadence. Experience in power amplifier design and LTE, WCDMA or WLAN is ideal.
