A new position has just opened for an Analog IC Design Engineer to join a multi-national Semiconductor company in their established offices in the Thames Valley UK.
In this role you will be working in the design of high-speed interfaces for Automotive Image Sensors applications including Radar and Lidar sensors.
Industry degree qualified the successful Analog IC Design Engineer will have experience in SerDes design with an understanding of signal and power integrity analysis applied to SerDes products. You will be an expert user of Analog & Digital design tools (Cadence, Mentor, Synopsys) to design Mixed-Signal chips & subsystems and you will be required to have a deep understanding of Analog and Digital design techniques as applied to SerDes implementation.
Experience is required in coding skills such as Scripting (Ocean/SKILL etc) and you will have a strong understanding of practises for assuring device reliability and high yield (DFM). You will have a solid understanding of Mixed-Signal circuit design & layout techniques and have experience with designing chips with Analog-Mixed-Signal subsystems.
Desirable experience includes; previous experience of working with industry standards in the area of Sensor SerDes and a proven track record of high volume product delivery in the automotive sector.
