A leader in the development of DRAM products is looking for an Analog Mixed Signal IC Designer to join their team in Munich to develop high-speed Analog IC's like high-speed receivers, transmitters and PLL's from concept via schematic to AMS Verification using industry standard tools.
You will also be involved in overseeing and managing the layout process and assist in silicon design validation.
The successful Analog Mixed Signal IC Designer is best equipped for this role holding an industry degree in Electronics Engineering and having experience in the design of Analog Mixed Signal IC's such as operational amplifiers, reference voltage generators, voltage and current controlled oscillators, frequency detectors, phase detectors and PLL's.
Good skills in Cadence, Finesim, Spice, StarRC, ERC, MS Office, Unix, Windows are required for this position.
