A successful multinational Semiconductor manufacturer currently has a new position within it's Research Center based in Milan, Italy for an experienced Analog/RF IC Design Engineer.
You will be joining a talented and dynamic team participating in state of the art Analog and RF IC Design.
In this role you will be involved in design of high performance Analog ICs applied to integrated optical transceiver modules, including simulation, design, verification and optimisation. You will analyse technical specifications and define target product performance by collaborating with system engineers. You will drive and support layout activity for the physical design of building blocks and top levels and will be contributing to feasibility studies, comparing solutions and will be expected to proactively share knowledge and best practices within the team.
The successful Analog/RF IC Design Engineer will be Masters or PhD degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or Microelectronics and will have a minimum of 5 years experience in Analog/RF IC design with proficiency with working in state of the art technologies - SiGe, BiCMOS, CMOS and with strong experience in the Cadence Design framework and Analog/RF IC Design practices, from circuit layout implementation to testing. You will have creative design ability to solve Analog IC design problems demanding the highest levels of performance as well as a proven track record of designing high performance complex Analog IC designs into volume production.
Strong communication skills in English is required as well as the ability to work in multi-cultural environments with a strong team working attitude.
