Technical Account Manager - Test Software - Italy.
My client, a leading test software company in the electronics / semiconductor industry, is seeking a Technical Account Manager to manage a programme of work, for strategic accounts, in Italy.
You will be responsible for forming strong relationships with clients, as well as building an applications team.
*Proven experience of technical account management / quality management / programme management in a global environment.
*Previous Test / Quality experience at semiconductor companies - excellent understanding on yield, product, test, etc.
*Evidential experience of managing large client relationships/supplier
*Ideally you would have some experience of implementing software on client-site.
*Native Italian and fluent English.
*Becoming the main point of contact for all customers / projects.
*Managing client programmes including planning, risk management, operations, etc.
*Building and managing the Application Engineering team and supporting all projects effectively.
*Responsible for the relationships with customers and the success of those relationships.
*Engaging with sales teams - demonstrating ROI and identifying new opportunities.
Open to an experienced Quality Manager / Programme Manager who also has a strong commercial acumen and an ability to become the main customer point-of-contact across all projects. You will be managing the application engineering support team and ensuring successful customer relations and completion of projects.
This role will require travel and you will regularly be working on client-site.
