Ryan joined IC Resources in 2019 initially in our IT division before moving into Supply Chain to grow this side of the business. Prior to joining IC Resources, Ryan worked in contract recruitment in front end development, covering roles primarily in London. He was awarded 'Contract Rookie of the Year' in his first year!

In his spare time he can mostly be found at the gym, walking his dog, Boo, or spending time with his young family. He's also an avid Man Utd supporter.

Ryan likes anything WW2 related, listens to motivational speeches every morning on the way to work and has one half brown, half green coloured eye.
