This ASIC Project Manager<\/strong> role offers the opportunity to lead complex semiconductor programmes within a growing deep-tech business. You\u2019ll sit at the centre of SoC development, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring projects move from specification through to silicon in a structured and controlled way. It\u2019s a technically grounded role with real ownership, suited to someone who understands chip development in detail and can guide delivery in a fast-paced environment.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our client is a scaling semiconductor company developing advanced connectivity solutions. As their product roadmap expands, they are looking for someone who can bring clarity, structure and strong execution across increasingly complex ASIC programmes.<\/span><\/p>\n

As the ASIC Project Manager<\/strong>, you\u2019ll take ownership of planning, coordination and delivery across the full IC development lifecycle, working closely with engineering, systems and external partners.<\/span><\/p>\n

Responsibilities include<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Leading SoC\/ASIC development projects from specification through to silicon.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams across RTL, DV, physical design, DFT and validation.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Managing project plans, milestones, risks and dependencies.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Driving engineering reviews, change control and key decision-making processes.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Tracking progress and ensuring alignment across distributed teams and stakeholders.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Working with external partners and third-party service providers.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What you\u2019ll bring<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • 10+ years\u2019 experience in ASIC or SoC development environments.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • 5+ years leading cross-functional semiconductor project teams.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Strong understanding of full chip development lifecycle and design flows.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Experience across bring-up, power-on and silicon validation phases.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Structured, organised approach with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Experience working in fast-paced or scale-up environments.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
