QA Test Engineer, <\/span>Leuven, Belgium, <\/span>Up to \u20ac640 per day – Immediate Start – 6 Month Initial Term<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n

I am working with an innovative international technology organisation that is seeking an experienced QA Test Engineer<\/strong> to support the testing and validation of enterprise digital platforms and business-critical applications<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The role will involve working across web applications, CRM systems, backend integrations, and automation frameworks<\/strong> within a collaborative Agile delivery environment<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The successful contractor will play a key role in ensuring software quality, stability, and performance<\/strong> across multiple interconnected systems.<\/span><\/p>\n

This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong experience in manual and automated testing, API validation, CRM platforms, and enterprise application environments<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Key responsibilities<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Create, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Identify, document, and track defects using modern issue management tools<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Validate integrations and data flows between enterprise systems and applications<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Conduct API and backend testing where required<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Ensure application compatibility across browsers, devices, and environments<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint reviews, and QA reporting<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and automation practices<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Required experience<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • 4+ years of experience in software QA or testing roles<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA lifecycles<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Experience testing enterprise web applications and CRM platforms<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Strong SQL and API testing knowledge<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Experience with enterprise application platforms and workflow automation tools<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern web technologies<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Experience working with system integrations, data validation, and distributed platforms<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Desirable skills<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Exposure to CI\/CD pipelines and Agile delivery environments<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Knowledge of cloud-based services and deployment pipelines<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Experience with event-driven architectures or messaging platforms<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Performance testing experience<\/span><\/li>\n
      • QA certifications such as ISTQB<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Exposure to AI-assisted or automated testing approaches<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
