This isn\u2019t your typical product cycle work &#8211; you\u2019ll be part of a compact, highly-skilled team working across multi-disciplinary challenges with a focus on innovation, rapid prototyping, and practical application.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">The work is varied and intellectually stimulating, combining elements of RF PCB design, system-level analysis, and hands-on lab testing. Ideal candidates will bring experience in RF\/microwave circuit design and simulation, along with a solid grasp of wider electronic system development.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">What we&#8217;re looking for:<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience in RF\/electronics development<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Strong background in RF PCB design and characterisation<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Proficiency with design\/simulation tools such as ADS, CST, or Microwave Office<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">A relevant degree in electronics, physics, or a related field<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Additional experience in any of the following areas would be highly desirable:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Microwave and RF systems for radar or communications<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Antenna design and integration<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Digital signal processing<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">High-speed digital PCB layout<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Test scripting in MATLAB, Python or similar<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Candidates with defence or security project experience are preferred, though this isn\u2019t essential &#8211; we\u2019re open to applicants from a range of backgrounds if they bring the right technical depth and problem-solving mindset.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Why consider this?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">This client is growing fast and investing heavily in new technologies.
