You&#8217;ll work closely with software, systems, test and mechanical engineers to ensure products are delivered successfully from concept through to release.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\">The role would suit someone who enjoys hands-on hardware engineering and wants exposure across the full product lifecycle rather than being focused on a single area of development.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\">Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\">Proven experience in electronic hardware design, ideally within power electronics, high-voltage systems, electrification, automotive or industrial environments<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\">Schematic capture and circuit design experience, including analogue, digital, control or interface circuitry<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\">Experience supporting PCB development, prototype bring-up, testing, validation or debugging<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\">Understanding of power conversion systems, high-voltage electronics, gate drives, sensing, protection or control hardware<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\">Awareness of design for manufacture, EMC, tolerance analysis, FMEA, DFT or production release processes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\">Ability to work closely with software, systems, mechanical, test, manufacturing and supplier teams<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\">Experience with simulation tools, embedded systems, communications interfaces or production test would also be beneficial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><strong>Why consider this role?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\">This is an opportunity to work on technically complex products, take ownership of key design activities and contribute to technology that is moving from development into real-world deployment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\">For more information, please contact Teddy Jones at IC Resources.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We\u2019re supporting a specialist engineering business developing advanced power electronics technology for high-performance electrification applications.
