This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected organisation supplying into automotive, industrial, energy, and consumer sectors, with a strong focus on high-reliability applications.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">This role is ideally suited to a commercially driven sales professional with a solid technical foundation and a proven ability to manage complex customer relationships.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><strong>The role<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">You will take ownership of strategic key accounts and regional development, focusing on increasing revenue, profitability, and market share across your territory. Acting as both a commercial and technical interface, you will work closely with customers, distribution partners, and internal teams to deliver sustainable growth.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Key responsibilities include:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Managing and developing key customer relationships at all levels, including C-suite<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Driving sales of a broad portfolio of electromechanical and electronic components<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Identifying and developing new business opportunities through active market prospection<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Supporting and expanding the distribution network within the region<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Delivering accurate monthly forecasts, pipeline updates, and project tracking<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Contributing to annual budgeting and strategic planning<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Representing the business at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Supporting ongoing promotional and go-to-market activities<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><strong>Your background<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Degree in Electronic Engineering or similar<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">At least 3 years\u2019 experience in technical B2B sales within electronics, automation, or mechatronics<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Strong technical understanding, with the ability to position products and articulate value propositions<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience selling products such as relays, low voltage devices, or other electromechanical\/electrical components is highly desirable<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Proven track record managing key accounts and engaging with senior stakeholders<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Comfortable working across functions and managing interfaces between technical, commercial, and operational teams<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience with CRM systems and ideally SAP<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Self-driven, structured, and comfortable working in an international environment<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">If you&#8217;re interested in this or other Sales opportunities across DACH and Northern Europe, please contact Jack Bird at IC Resources.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A leading global manufacturer of electromechanical components is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to drive growth across the Nordic markets.
