I\u2019m working with an established semiconductor manufacturer that is looking to appoint a Regional Sales Manager to take ownership of its Italian market, with additional responsibility across Greece and Malta.<\/span><\/p>\n

This is a senior customer-facing sales role for someone who enjoys combining commercial ownership with technical semiconductor discussions. The successful Regional Sales Manager will work closely with major customers, distributors and internal technical teams to identify new opportunities, grow existing business and increase the company\u2019s presence within key designs.<\/span><\/p>\n

You\u2019ll have significant autonomy across your territory, developing account strategies, identifying potential design opportunities and supporting projects from initial engagement through to commercial closure. A key part of the role will be building strong relationships with both end customers and distribution partners, while working alongside Field Applications Engineering to overcome technical challenges and support design-in activity.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Regional Sales Manager will primarily focus on automotive and industrial customers, with exposure to other high-growth semiconductor markets including computing, communications and consumer electronics.<\/span><\/p>\n

    About you<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

    The ideal Regional Sales Manager will have experience selling semiconductor products into the Italian market, with an established understanding of local customers and distribution channels. You\u2019ll need to be commercially driven but comfortable discussing technical requirements with engineering teams and working alongside FAEs.<\/span><\/p>\n

    A background in electronics, semiconductors or a related technical field would be beneficial, particularly across analogue, power, mixed-signal or discrete devices. Strong communication skills are important, as is the ability to manage multiple customer and distributor relationships independently.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Location: Italy \u2013 home based<\/span>
    Territory: Italy, Greece & Malta<\/span>
    Travel: Frequent customer\/distributor travel, including wider European travel<\/span>
    Language: Fluent English required<\/span><\/p>\n
