Hybrid working (2-3 days a week in the office) is the ideal with this role. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\">This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned engineer who wants to combine hands-on technical design with technical leadership, project ownership and team building. You\u2019ll have the opportunity to shape the team, influence design methodologies and help establish a high-performing IC design function as the organisation continues to grow.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\">Working closely alongside the R&amp;D Director, the Analog IC Design Lead will take ownership of analog IC design projects from initial concept and architecture through to implementation, verification and completion, while providing technical leadership to the wider team.
