The role will involve collaborating with device engineers and fabs\/foundries to translate advanced device concepts into reliable, manufacturable semiconductor processes.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><strong>Key responsibilities<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Translate device structures and electrical requirements into manufacturable process flows<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Develop, optimize, and adapt semiconductor processes for advanced devices<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Assess device concepts for manufacturability, identifying process risks, limitations, and opportunities<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Work with fabs\/foundries within their process capabilities and constraints<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Analyze wafer and device data to identify process variation and performance limitations<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Collaborate with device, integration, layout, characterization, and manufacturing teams to resolve process issues<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Optimize process conditions to achieve required performance, yield, reliability, and manufacturability<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><strong>Required experience<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Strong experience in semiconductor process development and\/or process integration<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Good understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and process modules<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience with CMOS, FinFET, and\/or GAA technologies<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Knowledge of key process steps including lithography, deposition, etch, implantation, diffusion, oxidation, annealing, and metallisation<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Understanding of how process steps interact and influence device performance and variability<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience working with semiconductor fabs\/foundries<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience analyzing wafer-level and device-level data, process windows, variation, and yield<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Proven ability to develop processes into repeatable, reliable manufacturing solutions<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Please contact Rachel Anderson for more details.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our international client is currently seeking a Semiconductor Process Development Engineer to work at the interface of device development, process technology, and semiconductor manufacturing.
