This is a hands-on opportunity to work across the full product lifecycle, from hardware bring-up and architecture through to production release.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>The Role:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll join a highly experienced multidisciplinary engineering team, developing robust embedded software for complex communications products. Zephyr is central to the technology stack, and we&#8217;re particularly interested in engineers who have successfully delivered Zephyr-based products in a commercial environment from start to end of a project.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>What You&#8217;ll Be Doing:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Developing embedded software using Zephyr RTOS<\/li>\n<li>Taking products from concept through to release using Zephyr throughout.<\/li>\n<li>Hardware bring-up and low-level debugging<\/li>\n<li>Working with protocols including SPI, CAN, I\u00b2C, and UART.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting embedded networking and communications features<\/li>\n<li>Investigating and resolving hardware\/software integration challenges<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with hardware, FPGA, RF and systems engineers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>What We&#8217;re Looking For:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Essential<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Strong embedded software development experience<\/li>\n<li>Proven commercial experience with Zephyr RTOS<\/li>\n<li>Experience taking products through the full development lifecycle using Zephyr<\/li>\n<li>Strong C\/C++ programming skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Nice to Have<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Yocto or Embedded Linux experience<\/li>\n<li>ARM Cortex development<\/li>\n<li>Networking or secure communications experience<\/li>\n<li>Python scripting<\/li>\n<li>Experience within space, aerospace, telecoms or RF technologies<\/li>\n<li>SC clearance eligibility<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>How to apply:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If this role sound like something you have may be interested in, please apply or email <a href=\"mailto:ella.atkinson@ic-resources.com\">ella.atkinson@ic-resources.com<\/a> with an updated CV and a time that\u2019s best to talk.
