This role is pivotal in driving the implementation of DFT strategies for complex SoCs (System on Chips) and SoC chiplets in package, ensuring seamless integration with test and post-silicon validation teams. International applications are welcome!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Lead and mentor the DFT and Post-Silicon engineering teams to foster innovation and efficiency<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Provide technical direction and ensure alignment with organisational goals<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.DFT Strategy &amp; Execution<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Define and implement DFT architectures to enhance testability, debug capabilities, and manufacturability<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Ensure the integration of DFT features such as scan chains, BIST (Built-In Self-Test), and JTAG interfaces<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Optimise DFT methodologies to minimize test time, reduce costs, and improve quality and yield<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><strong>Test development &amp; implementation:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Develop and execute test plans and strategies at silicon, package, and system levels<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Design automated test solutions for production and characterisation<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Ensure comprehensive test coverage across all product development stages, from pre-silicon to mass production<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Guarantee high yield on final solutions, addressing chiplet complexities<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><strong>Cross-functional collaboration:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Collaborate with design, validation, packaging, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of testing and manufacturability<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Work closely with product management to align with customer requirements and timelines<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><strong>Process improvement &amp; innovation:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Explore and implement new DFT methodologies and manufacturing processes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Lead initiatives to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance quality in test and production<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Bachelor\u2019s, Master\u2019s, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Proven experience with multiple tape-outs of high-performance SoCs or SiPs for mass production<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Strong expertise in post-silicon test optimisation and yield analysis<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Demonstrated experience in defining and implementing test strategies for high-volume production<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Proficiency in RTL and testbench development using SystemVerilog and Verilog<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Strong scripting skills in Shell, Tcl, and Python3<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Hands-on experience with Tessent and SSN methods integrated with leading EDA design flows for advanced technology nodes is highly desirable<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">If you are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role in a dynamic environment, we look forward to receiving your application.
