This Senior Analog IC Design Engineer position offers the opportunity to work on complex custom IC developments across a range of applications, contributing from early architecture through to production.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">The Senior Analog IC Design Engineer will play a key role in defining architectures, balancing power, area and performance, and translating system requirements into robust circuit specifications.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><strong>Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Lead architecture definition and feasibility studies in collaboration with customers and internal teams<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Evaluate design trade-offs and select optimal solutions for analog IC development<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Define and document ASIC specifications<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Present design decisions and progress to both internal stakeholders and customers<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Contribute hands on to circuit design and support continuous improvement of methodologies<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance across project phases<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Support silicon validation, testing and qualification through to production<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><strong>I am looking for someone with some of the following experience:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Around 8+ years of experience in analog IC design<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Strong background in power management design, such as LDOs, DC-DC converters and high voltage drivers<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience with architecture definition, layout-aware design and high-voltage CMOS processes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Proven track record delivering designs from concept to production<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Confident working with customers and cross-functional teams<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Clear communication skills and the ability to lead technically<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Get in touch with Parm Shergill for more information.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I am recruiting for a Senior Analog IC Design Engineer to join my client\u2019s team in the South of France.
