We’re looking for a Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Theale, working on some of the most exciting and high-potential desks in the business. You’ll be connecting top technical talent with companies at the forefront of semiconductors, software, AI, quantum, photonics and electronics.

What you’ll be doing

• Building and maintaining a global network of permanent professionals.

• Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle across niche deep tech markets.

• Developing strong client relationships and winning new business.

• Partnering with hiring managers to deliver high-quality permanent hires.

What we’re looking for

• Proven sales or recruitment experience (permanent recruitment is a bonus).

• A proactive, commercial mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.

• Curiosity for the deep tech world – from AI to semiconductors.
