I’m working with an innovative space technology company developing advanced autonomous systems for spacecraft operations, inspection, and navigation for complex missions in challenging environments.
They’re looking for a Senior Computer Vision Engineer to help build cutting-edge perception and vision algorithms.
What they’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related STEM discipline
- 2+ years‘ experience developing computer vision algorithms in an industrial or research environment
- Strong understanding of computer vision, image processing, machine learning, and deep learning techniques
- Experience taking computer vision solutions from concept through testing, validation, and deployment
- Strong programming skills in Python, C/C++, or MATLAB
- Experience with frameworks such as OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar computer vision toolkits
- Knowledge of camera systems, LiDAR, and perception sensor technologies
- Experience with software testing, integration, and version control tools such as Git
- Knowledge of robotics, autonomous systems, sensor fusion, or spacecraft systems (nice to have)
- Experience with ROS/ROS2, embedded software, CI/CD pipelines, or safety-critical systems (nice to have)
