An exciting opportunity for a C# Software Engineer has arisen with a global leader in world-class metrology equipment and inspection systems, based in Colchester.

As a C# Software Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, development, maintenance, and documentation of machine control software for inspection and testing systems. Working closely with on-site engineering and hardware teams, you will tackle complex hardware-software interaction challenges, develop innovative solutions, and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of industry-leading inspection technologies.

The is an onsite role, requiring you onsite 5 days a week.

Experience of the C# Software Engineer will include:

• Strong C# development skills within a multi-threaded environment
• Understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD)
• Desired experience: C++ within a multithreaded environment
