About the Role

As a Field Application Engineer (FAE) based in Germany, you will be the critical link between cutting-edge timing products and customers’ success. You’ll work closely with sales and engineering teams to deliver tailored technical solutions, troubleshoot complex challenges, and drive the adoption of timing technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert technical support and consultation to customers and partners across Central Europe
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and craft compelling technical proposals
• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops to educate customers on timing solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues related to timing and synchronisation
• Gather customer feedback to inform product development and roadmap planning
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and technical forums

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Field Application Engineer or similar role in semiconductor timing or related technologies
• Strong understanding of timing, synchronization, and clock generation principles
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Ability to travel to support customer engagements and events
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field
