Are you a Graduate Engineer with a degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline, and hands-on experience with Analog IC Design? If so, this could be an excellent opportunity to launch your career as an Analog IC Design Engineer.

Based in Southampton, my client is a leading technology company developing advanced integrated circuits for critical applications across sectors including deep-space science, aerospace and defence.

They are looking for a talented Graduate Analog IC Design Engineer to join their IC Design team. Working alongside experienced senior engineers, you will help translate design requirements into robust, verifiable circuit solutions for next-generation products.

 

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical skills in a highly experienced team, with exposure to transistor-, cell- and block-level design and the opportunity to learn industry-leading IC design methodologies and tools.

 

Key requirements:

  • A BSc or MSc in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
  • Hands-on academic or project experience in Analog IC Design
  • Experience using industry-standard IC design tools; Cadence experience is preferred
  • A strong understanding of fundamental analog circuit design principles
  • A collaborative approach, strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a technically challenging environment
