IC Test Engineer

Our Swiss based client is currently searching for an IC Test Engineer to join the test Group development team. The role will involve developing and validating ASIC production test solutions, working closely with architecture, design, verification, validation, and qualification teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to ASIC production test concepts and specifications
• Develop, verify, and validate semiconductor tester programs
• Support ASIC bring-up, debugging, and production test implementation
• Analyse test results, including CPK/statistical analysis, and work with design teams to resolve issues
• Debug and maintain test hardware and equipment
• Interface with tester suppliers/providers
• Set up, maintain, and document test equipment and processes

Required Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years’ ASIC production test experience
• 2+ years’ C/C++ programming for semiconductor testers
• Strong experience in test-program development and debugging
• Understanding of analogue components such as ADCs, DACs, op-amps, and LDOs
• Practical experience with oscilloscopes, power supplies, SMUs, and other lab equipment
• English required; French or German desirable
