An exciting opportunity for an IT Support Engineer has arisen with an innovative computing hardware company, based in Cambridge.

This is an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Engineer to join a passionate IT team, where you will be responsible for managing and improving endpoint devices, Google Workspace, SaaS applications and workplace technology. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on automation, security and self-service solutions, with the opportunity to develop Python and Bash tooling and streamline IT processes

This is a 5-day onsite role, with some flexibility.

Experience for the IT Support Engineer includes:

• 3+ years of experience managing a mixed Linux, macOS and Windows fleet within a technical environment, beyond traditional desk-based IT support
• Strong Linux skills, ideally across Debian or Red Hat-based distributions
• Scripting with Python or Bash
• Experience administering Google Workspace or a similar platform, including single sign-on and SaaS access management
• Desired: experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible or Terraform
