Lead Embedded Software Engineer

This innovative engineering company is developing advanced electric drive systems for high-performance applications, and they’re now looking for a Lead Software Engineer to take technical ownership across their embedded software function.

You’ll lead a team working on motor control, inverter control, DC-DC, charging and diagnostics. This is a hands-on technical leadership role combining embedded software, software architecture and team leadership.

For this Lead Software Engineer role, we are looking for someone with:

• Strong Embedded C/C++ experience
• Experience with motor control, inverter control or electric drive systems
• Strong software architecture and embedded systems experience
• Previous technical leadership / mentoring experience
• Experience with HIL, integration and system-level testing
• Knowledge of ASPICE, ISO 26262 and MISRA C
• Experience with model-based development would be beneficial
