I’m supporting a leading global semiconductor company in the search for a Product Manager. This is a highly visible role where you’ll help define the next generation of semiconductor solutions.

You’ll work at the intersection of technology, product strategy and customer requirements, collaborating with major automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers and internal R&D teams around the world.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you’ll take a leading position in defining system and product requirements for next-generation automotive solutions. Working closely with automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers and internal R&D teams, you’ll translate customer, market and technology requirements into innovative system architectures, application concepts and reference solutions for future semiconductor products. You’ll act as a key technical interface throughout the development process, supporting technical design reviews and helping shape important product development decisions. Alongside this, you’ll monitor market, technology and competitor trends to identify opportunities for future products, while presenting technical solutions and concepts to customers, partners and internal stakeholders. You’ll also build strong relationships with leading automotive manufacturers and suppliers worldwide and represent the business in technical discussions with customers and technology partners.

You’ll ideally have:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, Physics or a comparable technical discipline
  • Several years’ experience in semiconductor development, product management or automotive electronics
  • Strong knowledge of analog, digital and mixed-signal circuit design
  • Experience with microcontroller programming and PCB hardware design
  • A strong systems mindset, with excellent analytical, abstraction and problem-solving capabilities
  • The ability to understand complex technical challenges and translate them into practical product solutions
  • A highly innovative and customer-focused approach
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
