Regional Sales Manager – Semiconductors Munich | €95,000–€120,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance

A global semiconductor leader is growing its EMEA sales team and needs a driven Regional Sales Manager to boost revenue across South Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy and Croatia.

What you’ll do

• Own regional sales across direct customers + distribution/rep channels
• Drive new design‑ins and expand existing business
• Engage Tier 1 automotive customers
• Travel regularly across the region + occasional global trips

What you bring

• 5+ years semiconductor sales experience
• Experience selling into the automotive industry
• Proven success managing distribution networks
• Fluent German & English (Italian a plus)
• Solid understanding of electronic design cycles
