Semiconductor Product Test Engineer

Our international client is currently searching for a Semiconductor Product Test Engineer to be responsible for product and test engineering of high-performance mixed-signal audio products. Supporting NPI, volume manufacturing, and sustaining/optimization will be key parts to the role. The role focuses on improving yield, cost, quality, test performance, and resolving complex engineering and production issues will also be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the engineering interface between the home company and external test sites
• Troubleshoot and resolve process, hardware, test, and production issues
• Debug, validate, maintain, and release engineering and production test programs
• Work with cross-functional teams on data analysis, experiments, and issue resolution
• Monitor and improve production yield and test time across multiple products

Essential Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years‘ Product/Test Engineering experience
• Experience with mixed-signal ATE, preferably Teradyne
• Strong knowledge of test hardware, schematics, PCB troubleshooting and debugging
• Experience maintaining/troubleshooting wafer probing equipment (e.g. TSK/Accretech, OPUS SEMIC)
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing
