Senior Electronics Engineer

This Senior Electronics Engineer role focuses on the development of innovative electronic products across a range of cutting-edge technologies. The Senior Electronics Engineer will work on projects from concept through to prototype and product delivery. The Senior Electronics Engineer will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex engineering challenges for a variety of applications.

Responsibilities

• Design analogue and digital electronic systems
• Develop schematics and support PCB design activities
• Perform hardware bring-up, testing and debugging
• Contribute to system architecture and technical decision-making
• Work closely with software, mechanical and systems engineers
• Support prototype development and product verification
• Engage directly with customers and project stakeholders
• Contribute across the full product development lifecycle

Requirements

• Degree in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline
• Strong background in electronics hardware design
• Experience with analogue and digital circuit design
• Hands-on laboratory testing and debugging experience
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary engineering projects
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience taking products from concept through development

Desirable

• Experience with embedded systems, FPGA or high-speed digital design
• Knowledge of sensor, communications or instrumentation technologies
• Familiarity with PCB design tools
• Experience working in consultancy or customer-facing environments
• Previous mentoring or technical leadership experience
