We’re looking for a hands-on Service Technician who enjoys solving technical problems, working directly with customers, and travelling to install, service and maintain industry-leading equipment.

What you’ll be doing
- Install, commission, service and maintain customer equipment to the highest standard
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults, both remotely and on-site
- Provide customer training on the operation and maintenance of equipment
- Carry out system testing and customer trials alongside the Sales and Applications teams
- Support customer acceptance testing by verifying specifications and optimising system performance
- Produce accurate service reports and technical documentation following customer visits
What you’ll need
- HNC/HND, Associate Degree or equivalent qualification in Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Ideally 5+ years‘ experience as a Field Service Engineer, Service Technician or in a similar role
- Strong mechanical, electrical and hydraulic fault-finding skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and hydraulic/pneumatic schematics
- Knowledge of PLC systems and industrial control interfaces would be advantageous
- Experience with installation, commissioning, servicing and preventative maintenance of industrial equipment
- Confidence using diagnostic tools, test equipment, Microsoft Office and, ideally, SAP
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A proactive, solution-focused approach with the ability to work independently
- A full, valid driving licence and willingness to travel as required
