Attractive salary, plus hybrid work, pension contributions up to 14%
Job ID: 427572

This Project Manager role offers the opportunity to sit at the centre of complex ASIC and PCB development programmes, working across hardware, firmware and software teams to turn advanced semiconductor technology into deliverable products. You’ll play a key role in coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensuring projects remain aligned from architecture through to validation, while bringing structure to a fast-moving R&D environment.

Our client is a fast-growing deep-tech company developing advanced computing technology. As their product portfolio grows, they are looking for someone with experience managing ASIC and PCB development programmes, capable of bridging multiple engineering disciplines and driving delivery without slowing innovation.

As the Project Manager, you’ll work closely with technical experts to define priorities, manage dependencies and ensure complex hardware development programmes stay on track. This is a hands-on coordination role where technical understanding, ownership and clear communication are essential.

Responsibilities include

  • Leading cross-functional ASIC, PCB, hardware, firmware and software development projects.

  • Managing project plans, milestones, risks and dependencies across multiple engineering workstreams.

  • Coordinating engineering activities throughout the ASIC development lifecycle, from specification through to validation.

  • Driving clarity in technical requirements and ensuring teams remain aligned on priorities and deliverables.

  • Leading sprint planning and project reviews while maintaining momentum across teams.

  • Working closely with external partners and suppliers to ensure successful delivery.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience managing ASIC and PCB development projects within semiconductor or deep-tech environments.

  • Good understanding of the semiconductor product development lifecycle.

  • Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams across hardware, firmware and software.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar project management tools.

  • STEM degree or equivalent technical background with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

You’ll join a collaborative engineering team where project managers are trusted technical partners and play a central role in bringing advanced semiconductor products to market. The role offers hybrid working in Delft, equity participation, and the opportunity to work on genuinely cutting-edge ASIC technology within a rapidly growing business.
