Technical Support & Test Engineer

An exciting opportunity for a Technical Support & Test Engineer has arisen with a rapidly growing spatial AI start-up, based in Oxford.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Support & Test Engineer to join an innovative engineering team developing cutting-edge spatial AI technology for the construction and geospatial industries. You will act as the bridge between the development team and customers, providing technical support while owning testing, validation and release management across cloud and edge-based systems.

You will commit to a hybrid working model, required onsite 3 days a week.

Experience for the Technical Support & Test Engineer includes:

• Strong Linux/Ubuntu experience and command-line troubleshooting
• Python and Bash scripting
• Strong Docker experience, including multi-container deployments
• Experience with GitHub and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or GitLab CI
• Strong communication skills
• Desired: Experience testing, validating and supporting software releases
